uBitto Starter (free version) of uBitto allows user to learn from essential free courses and access limited Practice programs. uBitto Premium costs US$15 per month when billed monthly and US$12 per month when billed annually.  uBitto Ultimate costs US$25 per month when billed monthly and US$19 when billed annually. 

You can subscribe or purchase uBitto membership with any major credit card. For annual subscriptions for corporate / organisations, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases must be paid for by credit card.

We do not offer refunds for memberships. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features. and all data associated with those features.

It's easy to cancel your subscription. To cancel a paid plan, log in to the uBitto account you wish to cancel, click your profile photo from the right of the top bar, select My Orders, navigate to the Subscription tab, and then select Cancel Plan.

Cookies are uBitto's currency which are given to you either through completing certain steps on the platform or through subscription of uBitto membership. Cookies can be used to:

• ‘purchase' practice questions in Playground
• ‘reward' instructor for answering your questions
• ‘purchase' learning materials – flashcards, tips e-books and more.

All of our courses are subscription-based, so they are not available for separate purchases. 

Currently, our system does not allow a direct switch from a monthly subscription to a yearly subscription. Instead, we can cancel your current subscription for you, and you can start a new subscription with a yearly membership plan once your current membership expires. Please contact us and we will cancel your subscription for you.
